The polls close on Tuesday, February 15 at midnight ET. The winners will be will be revealed in the TV Guide's April 18 issue.Not only can fans vote, but they can also submit videos in support of their favorite actor, character or show. These videos could be included in TV Guide's webcast when they reveal the winners.
