Lindsay Lohan reportedly fails drug test, may get more jail time

According to a TMZ report, Lindsay Lohan failed a recent drug test, which came positive for cocaine. Sources for People magazine also have confirmed the report.

The embattled actress has been getting weekly drug and alcohol rehabilitation outpatient treatment as well as psychotherapy sessions. The strict regiment was part of a court mandated sentence in relation to her violation of probation in a 2007 DUI case.

The Machete star was warned by the case judge, Elden Fox, that if she failed any drug or alcohol tests she would get 30 days in jail for each violation.

There hasn't been any statements made by her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, yet and the DA spokesperson, Jane Robinson, says that she has not yet been officially notified of said failed test.

Lindsay Lohan has responded to the report saying that the people at TMZ "are all nuts."
