Lindsay Lohan allowed bail, will be released from jail
Lindsay's bondsman posted $300,000 bail on her behalf and she was out of the Lynwood Correctional Facility just a few hours after she went in.Originally, Judge Fox ordered the actress to jail and would have been behind bars for 29 days, until her probation violation hearing on October 22. This was due to Lindsay's two failed drug tests, for which the judge made clear he would not tolerate.
Unfortunately, the law worked in the Mean Girls star's favor this time and she will be able to stay out of jail, at least until the hearing. However, Judge Schnegg, the supervising superior who reversed Judge Fox's ruling, ordered Lindsay to wear a SCRAM bracelet - again - as well as to keep out of alcohol-serving nightclubs staying and away from drug using friends.
Lindsay Lohan denied bail and taken to jail
When the embattled actress goes to her hearing in October, she will probably face up to 60 days in jail, but, no doubt, she will only serve a fraction of that, due to the overcrowding issues and other red tape. Hopefully, Judge Fox will smarten up this time and send Lindsay to in-patient rehab for an extended period of time.Do you think it's right that Lindsay is out of jail after she keeps violating her probation terms and keeps taking drugs regardless?
She needs to go to rehab for looooooong time!
ReplyDeleteThis girl is just manipulating everyone... They should've kept her in jail and left her there until she learns a lesson...imho.
