Lindsay Lohan |
After the news came out that Lindsay had failed a drug test, which she admitted to on Twitter, Judge Elden Fox has issued a bench warrant for the actress' arrest. This will be her fourth arrest warrant in connection to her 2007 DUI probation case.
Linday Lohan's probation revoked, arrest warrant issued
Judge Fox told the actress that for every violation of her probation terms, Lindsay would get 30 days in jail. According to sources, the Mean Girls star has failed two drug tests, one for cocaine and another for amphetamines.
Lindsay only served 13 days in jail for her last violation and was released early from rehab as well. Doctors said that she didn't need to be in the treatment facility 24/7 and that she did not show signs of being addicted to any substances.
Only three weeks after being released from the UCLA Rehab center, Lindsay has tested positive for two of the drugs that she was believed to have no problems with. The judge's decision this Friday could either break or make Lindsay. Letting her off easy will certainly continue to enable the troubled girl to keep engaging in drug and alcohol dabbling, which will only help in her downward spiral.
What do you think? Should Lindsay face a longer jail and rehab sentence?
