Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson has been making headlines lately due to her dramatic weight loss in recent months.

The star has gone from a size 16 down to a 4 and she looks amazing. Last Thursday, Jennifer was spotted walking down the red carpet at the Keep a Child Alive's 7th Annual Black Ball in New York, where she looked fit and healthy.
Wearing a black velvet strapless number, Jennifer was all smiles as she showed off her toned arms and shoulders.

The Academy Award winner gives all credit for her new shape to Weight Watchers, the weight-loss program she's a spokesperson for. Jennifer says she has lost weight and kept it off with portion control and eating healthy foods, two of the main proponents of the popular diet program.
Jennifer told Us Magazine that she decided to lose the weight for her son, "I wanted to find a better lifestyle and set a good example for my son," she said. Her baby boy was born last August, and she looks better now than she did even before she got pregnant.
The American Idol alum admits that she has also been working out with celeb trainer, Harley Pasternak, which is why she has been looking toned as well as so much thinner. Talking to Us, Harley said of Jennifer, "Her middle, thighs and butt are more toned than ever. She's excited about her new body."
The 29-year-old singer is happy and feels amazingly healthy. Although she's still getting used to being so thin, Jennifer reveals that no matter what size she is, it's how comfortable she feels with herself that really matters.
