Socialite Paris Hilton was busted for alleged cocaine possession on Friday night in Las Vegas. This marks the third time that the celebutante has been detained for drug related incidents this summer.
Earlier in July, The Simple Life star was arrested in South Africa for a marijuana related charge at the World Cup, but was released without charges. Then, a few weeks later, Paris was detained in France for allegedly having pot in her purse; those charges were dropped and she was released.
It looks as if this time around, the starlet may get away squeaky clean once more, as sources say that her arrest did not follow procedure.

"Cops discovered the cocaine inside the security offices where Paris was taken. Because Paris was taken away from the scene where the car was pulled over, this could potentially be an illegal search of a person." Said the source. "Las Vegas Metro didn't follow standard procedures when Paris was arrested and her lawyer will be talking to the D.A. about this."
The heiress also claims that the purse in which the cocaine was found in did not belong to her. Apparently, Paris changed purses and borrowed a friend's bag that matched her outfit better.
Paris' boyfriend, Cy Waits, was also arrested and charged with DUI. His case may be harder to dismiss, however, although he'll possibly be released sometime today.
