Actress Mischa Barton was photographed during her recent vacation in St. Tropez as she took puffs from a suspicious looking cigarette, that is believed to be a joint. The O.C. star was with her boyfriend and some friends in a yacht when spotted doing the deed.Mischa has long been known to have issues with alcohol and drugs, having even been hospitalized in a psychiatric unit not too long ago. The starlet has also been arrested for driving under the influence and has been battling with substance abuse.

Photos of the actress/model reveal her ongoing issues in the form of red puffy eyes, as well a gaunt and skeletal figure that she obtained in less than a year after having been much heavier.
The starlet was on her way to doing TV work again, but the series she starred in, The Beautiful Life, was canceled after just two episodes. Mischa will be appearing in a couple of big screen films in 2011.
