Lindsay Lohan will not accept plea deal, may face prison

March 23, 2011 - Lindsay Lohan insists on her innocence in the jewelry theft case against her, and wants to go to trial, however, this decision means she may be facing prison.

The preliminary hearing is set for April 22 and has been assigned to Judge Stephanie Sautner, who is known to be a tough judge.

Lindsay was given the option to accept a plea deal, which could mean jail time, for about 19 days, as well as three years probation. But, according to TMZ, Lindsay says she's innocent and is willing to take the risk.

Chris Brown has crazed outburst and smashes window after interview on GMA

March 22, 2011 - Chris Brown went ballistic after an interview with Good Morning America's Robin Roberts and allegedly smashed a window with a chair in his dressing room.

While on the GMA set, the 21-year-old singer got visibly agitated when Robin began asking questions about the infamous 2009 assault on his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Chris tried to divert the subject by talking about his album, but Robin kept going back to the legal issues related to the Rihanna incident.

'Bachelor' Brad Womack was not hospitalized, called 911 for someone else

March 21, 2011 - The Bachelor's Brad Womack was not hospitalized, as previously thought. Instead, he and his twin brother Chad called 911 for someone else in a park near their home in Austin, Texas.

Apparently, Brad and Chad were at the park when they witnessed a man having a panic attack. They called 911 and tended to the man while waiting for the paramedics to arrive.
